HTC will provide Bootloader Unlock Tool

Everyone did not think HTC CellPhone will release Bootloader unlock method so soon, but it is what has happened. HTC CEO Mr. Zhou Yongming HTC has updated the official Facebook page, HTC announced its policy will provide the unlock unlocking tool, but once unlocked Bootloader, the user will be lost "all or part of the" warranty rights.
